Clouds in Mud Land

Gogo and Ono are walking to the Mud Forest. They look up and see that all the clouds are on one side of the Mud Land sky.

Why are the clouds only on one side of the sky? Is that good or bad? Are the clouds moving away from something? Maybe they are moving to something.
